Antweight Panic Attack

Not an exact rep but close enough. The self righter always opens with the lifting forks as I didn’t fancy using two different motors in such little space and weight allowance.

Very neat to have a little desktop Panic Attack. Might bring it along to some plastic ant events in the future.

Best thing posted on here in ages. As always, love your builds - the forks are very cool. And what are those teeny wheels?!

Have also contemplated this task but always got too annoyed at the self righter, kind of one of the reasons my recent similarly coloured ant exists haha.

Cheers

A friend recently introduced me to slot car tyres which seem ideal for ants. You can find a wide range on ebay for cheap. It is a bit annoying to find the diameter you want, as they are sized based on the specific slot car they are designed for, although they do show the dimensions in the images.

These are the specific ones I used for this

LOOK AT HIM HE’S SO CUTE I WANT 20 OF THEM!!!

I love the idea of actually making tiny versions of famous BB/RW robots. Are you going to give him his famous stripes/logo/eyes or is he going to be kept as is?

I will at some point. Will likely print out some stencils and use some acrylic paint pens to fill them in.

It was a fun little challenge and I would like to do some more classic RW ants in the future.

The best part of mini-Panic Attacks is the various names like “mild concern” or “anxious” that people make. All that’s left is a scale of names going up to the TV star.

Cause Fork Concern is a really good name, I should take that at some point.

I feel like that should be reserved for a Marie Antoinette clone or some other TPU abomination
