Finally getting round to releasing the files for the omni wheels I use on Percussive Maintenance XL!

Specifications:

  • Diameter: ~53mm
  • Bolt pattern: M3, 12.7mm dia (Pololu universal mounting hub 4mm)
  • Shaft: 4mm

I also remembered I put together a quick video ages ago on how I mix a kiwi drive on my Radiomaster Zorro!

I’ve gone ahead and redone the CAD in Fusion 360, so now you can edit the file to suit your own setup! The files contain one assembled wheel (minus carbon fibre rods) and one set of mould prints. Hopefully the paramters and components have been set up properly for you to modify easily.
