Custom Planetary gearbox how to?

I have two motors with 3.175 mm shafts that I will use as the drivetrain but I currently dont have acces to any kind of planetary reduction. I cant order them becouse it is basically impossible to order anything from overseas in turkey and nobody is selling similar thing. Which leaves me with two options either I find a way to make them from commonly found parts or use something else for reduction. I am open to any and all kinds of advice.

btw: worst case scenario I am gonna use rev robotics planetary gearboxes but thats a hail mary type solution

Have you heard of tangent drive/friction drive? It’s used a lot in Brazil where they have similar issues sourcing components. You can use the motor output shaft rubbing on the tyre as a gear reduction, and the reduction ratio is in the same ballpark as a planetary gearbox. It might be worth a look if you’re struggling to find gearboxes!
