Jokes aside I’ve been meaning to comment on this thread. I love the concept of this kit bot. If I ever got around to printing out one of these things it would be interesting to see how powerful the grip on it would be compared to my N&B kit bot.
Also that arena pleases me. Octagon shaped arenas are underrated.
the power of the grip is related to the leverage/gear ratio from the grab to the arm fulcrum.
so it’ll grip stronger with more weight, and a lower ratio (standard ratios are 10:20 and 8:22) and with a shorter actator lever (currently 18mm long) or shorter claws…
But I’l going to leave that to people to mess with.. 
We were kindly donated one to develop.. we’ve done a bit of work to it to get it to where it is today, including add the steel deck and make the underneath much lighter, and generally improve portability and packdown times.
