How would the Red ESCs be converted into drive ESCs?

This picture shows that a new wire would need to be connected, but where would I get the other connectors from? Where would I attach the wire?

Are you talking about the white connector in the air with 3 cables into it?

No, the one into the ESC. How would there be 2 wires into it?

The Red ESCs are “drive” ESCs. You just plug them into the correct channels on the receiver and then set up the mixing.

Does one go in CH1 and one in CH2?

Yes, just make sure to plug them in so that the black wire goes to the negative pin and so on.
