Hi am new to building bots am building a spinner with my son, if I understand correctly the max rpm of the motor is 1151 rpm with a 4S battery, what is the gear ratio in the gears so I can calculate the rpm of the spinner tip? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mikael
Right out of the gate I’m going to say that’s not suitable for a spinner, that’s a motor and gearbox combo for drive.
Much too slow for any weapon. You’ll probably want to look at outrunners in the 28mm range that you can work out a belt reduction. Spinner builders may give some examples but reading build diaries will give some great information.
But to awnser your question it’s a 27:1 gearbox.
