Ok, so while I work on Tombpebble, I have vaguely decided to revive my old wedge bot. I am currently printing it in tpu 95a for some flex and a nylon lid to hold it all down. I have some bits of 1mm poycarb lying around so i think I could use that to protect the big chunky wedge. This’ll be a fairly indestructible bot and is pretty much a prop stand to pour my non-malenki drive setup into. Hopefully I’ll have some fun with this one!
So here’s how thw cad and the printing’s going-
This is, like happening as i type right now so hope the print goes well.
The print was abysmal (as my prints normally are). Im turning to the more trusty 64d tpu to sort this one out. Hopefully this works.
If you’re printing TPU 95A, you need to print it sloooooow. And I mean bringing the print on all of the options down to 20mm/s, with the small perimeters to 50% and the travel speed to 200 mm/s, and set the heat to 220-230 celcius and a retraction length of 3mm at 20mm/s. That’s what I use for Overture TPU 95A, and it comes out fairly smooth, but it helps to experiment a little.

Thanks for the help-I might try it out whenever. But at least now I have this little guy! The print came out smooooooottthhh and oh boy does this lad look handsome! The polycarbonate armour works well with the aesthetics of the whole thing.
And the best part- IT WEIGHS NOTHING!!

Now just to wait until the next comp and to throw Nugget into the box.
So now the old fs 2a is acting up, the bind button has gone on holiday somewhat, so no tests yet. I have printed an improved chassis with more blingy polycarb and it looks and works better… hopefully
So now I just need to bind it. I have soldered up a fresh new fs 2a to throw on and it does enter bind mode but stops fast blinking when i power the transmitter on. I know that the fs 2a sees the tx but just dose’nt want to bind. I should try updating the tx software but i’m kinda stuck… any help would be nicely appreciated (from nugget and i 
)
Just A fun little backstory！Nugget is named after my kyoot little obese lump of A hampter who is aging so I just needed to pay him tribute somehow. I decided this would be good so I threw this together. Any wins here are for nugget

OK, so I have figured out (totally on my own) that the fs 2a is probs DOA. I mean, the malenki on TombPebble binds up fine, so an educated guess could determine it all, y’know.
